Who?
The hike is open to everyone 18 years and older! Whether you’re a seasoned hiker, a dog lover, or just want to support a great cause, this event is for you. Bring your friends, family, and well-behaved, leashed dogs for a fun-filled day outdoors!
What?
A 10K fundraising hike to raise funds for Acadia’s orthopedic surgeries. Hike the scenic trails of Seven Lakes State Park while making a difference for a pup in need.
Event Highlights:
- 🐾 Self-supported hike – bring your own water and snacks
- 🐾 Trail bingo — friendly competition while out on the trail
- 🐾 Possible puppy kissing booth in partnership with a local rescue organization
- 🐾 Local vendors selling handmade and pet-related items
- 🐾 Food truck (or pre-packaged snacks and cakes if unavailable)
Where?
- 📍 Seven Lakes State Park – Holly, MI
- Start Line: One of the beach shelters (Exact location provided before the event)
- State Park Recreation Pass Required for all vehicles (Not included in registration!)
When?

- Hike End: 5 PM
Why?
Acadia, rescued from a shelter, needs surgery costing over $8,000. This event helps raise funds while bringing people together for a great time outdoors.
How?
- 🎟️ Registration Fee: $55 per participant
- 🚗 Parking: A State Park Recreation Pass is required for all vehicles
- 🚻 Restrooms: Park facilities available, with possible additional rentals
- 👕 Merchandise: Acadia’s Hike, LLC will make every effort to provide a T-shirt to those who purchase a ticket before April 1, 2025 (subject to availability)
